Firas Momani is an award winning film director and visual artist with a degree in Classical Animation from the acclaimed Sheridan College. Momani has produced, written and directed numerous short films which screened at prestigious film festivals around the world, such as Sundance and Toronto International Film Festival, garnering him numerous awards including “Grand Prize” at The Fantasia International Film Festival, the biggest genre festival in North America, for his short “The Adder’s Bite”.

Momani has worked in the TV and commercial industry for over 5 years and before that as a graphic designer for 2 years giving him a unique visual eye in the field. During his TV and commercial career, he has directed, animated and designed shows and commercials for clients such as Cartoon Network, NFB, History Channel,Fight Network and Kellog’s.

Momani is currently developing his first feature film and art directing and producing more short films. He is also working on his first graphic novel.
